Checking...[edit]
Right at this moment, the work is not yet licensed under any particular license (it will be once to animated short is finished). The only reason that I chose the Creative Commons license is mainly because the company that has copyright to it and (Blender Foundation - www.blender.org) had it's last project (Elephants Dream - [1]) copyrighted under a creative commons license. And since the project was labeled as an Open Project, it has a very good chance of being put under a Creative Commons License as well. However, if for some reason they decide to go another route, then I'll have to change the license to match the one specified. I'm currently asking around the forums to determine if it is under the Creative Commons license or not. If it isn't, then I'll remove the image ASAP. I wouldn't see why it wouldn't though, since the only reason that they host their short film projects is to cause the development of their 3D software to accelerate faster.
