Species[edit]
Unless the species is a established/known species in furry fandom lore (see Bambioid or Sergals), uncommon/personal/new species have to stay within the creator's Wikifur article page (not user page). The article will be either deleted until user article is created. Commonly, if it's already a long written section (species), it would then be saved on the the user page, your user page.
You need to create your own article first, then add this species info to it. "It's too long for my article"/""I want it to be its own article"; Creating a X species at the drop of the means that the warrant their own articles, some take time to earn one (Bambioids), or some come in force and it's adopted by people in the fandom almost instantly (lore wise. See again: Sergals).
Wikifur is not a depository for the hundreds of species that a couple thousand artist has come up over the year; they must be a staple within furry culture before they earn their own article. Hope this explanation helps. - Spirou (talk) 14:02, 4 October 2015 (EDT)
