Link trimming[edit]
I don't know if it's just me, but the links to films and books seem to become a bit much past page 20 or so. Mentioning some of the more notable ones (particularly ones most related to furry fandom) is probably appropriate, but as-is it reads more like an unfiltered grep of imdb for "werewolf".
Essentially all of the listings are covered in the film/story databases under external links (which is likely where much of the list came from), and I think it's probably more appropriate to let people interested in a long list of resources to find them on a linked site devoted to that purpose than in a big laundry list embedded in the article. I don't have a good feeling for where the line should be, but in this case it seems to be somewhat beyond it. --Riismo 23:31, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
- About a month and no other comments about it, so I may have a go at heavily trimming the links. If I count correctly, the current tally is 83 literature, 13 children's books, 1 theatre, 104 film, 22 music, 9 music video, 7 tvmovie/miniseries, 16 series, 12 single episodes, 13 comics, 23 games, and 6 "further reading". I'd probably shoot at trimming it down to about a dozen total so that the list is shorter than the content portion of the page, as 309 seems like a lot. Most (or all) of these resources are mentioned in the link databases referenced at the end of the page, so if someone is interested they can still find them. --Riismo 20:03, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
inimical[edit]
"the werewolf was demonic, …, inimical to the human race". Change "inimical" to something else? How about "hostile"? --EarthFurst 19:16, 11 December 2010 (UTC)
