Cleanup tag help[edit]

Could someone help me wikify this article? Equivamp 20:12, 3 May 2011 (EDT)

What the heck[edit]

The entire Controversy section isn't appearing, but erased sections "Triva" and "Quotes" still exist. What's going on? Equivamp 12:54, 16 June 2011 (EDT)

"Censor the truth"[edit]

Since it can become a point of debate, I want to tell how we handle such situations in Russian WikiFur. We made this consensus just a few months ago, and before that the addition and removal of negative "true information" was an issue.

So, by the new policy, a titular person can freely add and remove historically unimportant information, as long as the text isn't changed too often for an encyclopedic article. "Historically unimportant" is defined as "didn't affect wide amount of people". For example, changing one's fursona usually concerns only friends, while closing up a popular gallery affects all people following this gallery, and this number can be counted. In case it's larger than a circle of friends, this information is historically important.

While this policy is subjective, it has solved all the related cases at the moment. We didn't such problems since. EvilCat 11:30, 6 September 2011 (EDT)

I think the suspension itself is unimportant: it only affected me. I have seen elsewhere where things of this nature are considered unimportant and not encyclopedic material (although a permanent suspension could be relevant) and am a bit unsure why this is considered relevant in the first place. loccl? which feral?[edit]

Two questions about parts in article:
1) "Summercon 2011, a loccl video game convention". Is that loccl a typo of local?
2) "Equivamp's feral fursona". Is that feral as in "formerly-domesticated animal or species in a wild state" or feral as in non-anthro? --EarthFurst 05:57, 9 September 2011 (EDT)

"loccl" is a typo.
Feral as in non-anthro. Equivamptalk 08:30, 9 September 2011 (EDT)

Wow[edit]

If someone is primarily going to create a page by themself about themself, shouldn't they just put that on their user page? Writing an article in an encyclopedic format documenting yourself as if writing in someone else's words seems a bit misleading to people who don't notice this by checking the history. Ty 01:34, 29 October 2011 (EDT)

Most articles around here are like that. *shrug* Equivamptalk 16:52, 29 October 2011 (EDT)
I suppose as long as it doesn't cause any problems. Ty 01:27, 27 November 2017 (EST)

Mullets[edit]

E said on 20 August 2017 that "mullets will never die". But does that opinion subsist one year later? Ty 12:17, 16 August 2018 (EDT)
