Seppukuties

Seppukuties (from the Japanese word, Seppuku) is a puzzle platformer flash game with a twist. It was Created by The-EXP (Anthony Lavelle), and The-Swain (Michael Swain) and produced by Armor Games¹.

The player has to take control of an animal (out of a reserve of thirty) guiding it through twenty one stages of increasing difficulty. Some stages require the player to commit suicide in order to solve them. At the end of each stage, the player's progress is graded on how many lives it took to pass the stage and how many bonus items were collected. According to the creators, it is possible to beat the game losing only five lives².
