Please do not remove or otherwise alter other people's comments in talk pages, either for articles or users, when they are not obvious vandalism. These discussions of the article's content act as a historical record. We may sometimes make exceptions, and I will allow the removal of the comment from User talk:KendricksRedtail since there's no apparent reason why the original comment should have been made there in the first place, but in most cases this is frowned upon. --mwalimu 17:41, 18 June 2009 (UTC)

Need help with my page[edit]

I'm trying to add another heading on my page with some more information, but when I add it, it removes another heading and the external links. How do I keep everything I have now and add new info? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Crusader Cat (talkcontribs) .

You were doing it wrong. It's </ref>, not <ref/>. Your references were never finishing. I've fixed it up with the new section. --GreenReaper(talk) 03:02, 14 September 2009 (UTC)

Latest edit to user page (Wikifur versus personal websites)[edit]

Wikifur is not your personal homepage. Even for an User Page, the data currently in it, the latest data (and the now deleted images) are not acceptable information (the complains is five times bigger that your Wikifur article). Please remove the non-historical/furry lore problems/grievances to an off-site website with direct reference link to this page. - Spirou (talk) 19:08, 9 August 2014 (EDT)

Since your Fur Affinity page is not accessible, this dissertation can be moved to your open Weasyl account's journal section. A redirect can then by applied to this page. - Spirou (talk) 00:44, 10 August 2014 (EDT)
Unfortunately, since the subject in question has his own Weasyl account (albeit hardly active) I think it would be considered harassment of another user and disallowed there just as it would here. I'll remove it as you requested. - Crusader Cat 16:38 10 August 2014 (EDT)
Albeit the information having to do with the user himself, shouldn't some basic data remain for people to understand who Crusader Cat is? - —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Hydroplane (talkcontribs) .
I think Spirou was referring to my addendum about Insane Kangaroo, not the subject of my user page as a whole. - Crusader Cat 18:00 10 August 2014 (EDT)
No, as a whole, not just the latest edit (again. "Even for an User Page, the data currently in it, the latest data (and the now deleted images) are not acceptable information"). Even with the small deletion, the user page is still four times bigger than the factual article. An user page is more or less open to more personal data, as a place to test edits, prepare articles, some silly stuff, small comments/musings, temp storage of data, etc,... not this type of (long) personal complaints. If you can't/won't use Weasyl's journal, Tumblr, Facebook, Livejournal are quick alternatives to creating a website from scratch to place the information there (Twitter is limited to 140 characters, so it's not a place to move this whole thing too). - Spirou (talk) 19:39, 10 August 2014 (EDT)
That is strange, I was told by GreenReaper that I was allowed to place this information here, and up until now, no one seemed to have a problem. You also severely misunderstand my meaning here, my talk page is not a "complaint" it is an explanation of the controversy about me from my point of view. The reason I chose wikifur (as opposed to another website where I would have more control)is because wikifur has proven to me that it is unbiased and doesn't have an agenda other than providing accurate information on things related to the fandom. While I understand why latest edits would be considered controversial or even hostile, this is not true of the earlier postings. I find it rather odd that after being up for five months you only now have a problem with it. I will remove it as you requested - Crusader Cat 20:23 10 August 2014 (EDT)

Latest edit to user page (Wikifur versus personal websites II)[edit]

Again... Wikifur, in this case, your user page, is not your personal homepage, nor a soapbox, neither a bulletin board, or a place to clear up any rumors, slander, and libel. Please defer this info and intent to your website, social site, gallery journal page, etc. Wikifur is not your personal castle to fight back from. - Spirou (talk) 04:20, 28 June 2015 (EDT)

NO! I am BEYOND fed up being harassed like this, I was given permission FROM THE SITE OWNER to post this information, and said information was up for a month before you arbitrarily decided to remove it because it was "too long" (It was barely the length of a high school essay, if that's too much for you maybe you should go back to your picture books). If GreenReaper said I am allowed to put this in my user page then I will put this on my user page, and I will not allow any changes unless he says otherwise. If you want to keep bullying me then I request that Greenreaper come here and weigh in on the issue himself.

NO! I am BEYOND fed up being harassed like this. ...No?... Okay, (A) This is your user page, not your user page, (B) the harassing is not going on here, and the only thing you are doing is dragging your issues on a completely unappropriated venue, generating what is to be guaranteed drama material, nothing furry related that potential readers can benefit from, and (C ) it will just not happen, sorry.
It was barely the length of a high school essay. It was one word too long, and you decided to double down and add twice as much from the last time?. And what did this accomplish?. Information was posted that I have never seen anywhere else, or care for, or too TMI, and you actually just gave new or more ammo for people to continue "harassing" you.
No, Wikifur, again, is not your personal fort to fly this pennant from, nor is not a depository for troll referencing and data mining., and you are out of line by trying to bully/muscle your way back in. Get a Tumblr, copy pasted there, add a link back here which could read My views and responses to malicious/erroneous information regarding me and my relation to the/with the fandom. - By Crusader Cat.
Wikifur is neutral ground, please keep it that way. - Spirou (talk) 05:33, 28 June 2015 (EDT)
