So, after doing some research, it looks like only one event has actually been held so far, with a second one planned. [1] [2] I think, at this point, it is a little misleading to use phrases in the article like "four major events", when it would seem that only one event has been held. --Douglas Muth 14:10, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

We have already hosted 2 of our quarterly events, with 60 attendees at the first and 130 at the second and already have 97 registered guests at our third event (just about a month out). At our previous two quarterly events, 50% of the guests registered the week of the event, so we expect quite a few more guests for this one. We have also already hosted one of our non-quarterly events (Elliott's Impromptu Pizza Party in the Zoo) at AnthroCon 2007, providing pizza for several hundred guests. Please feel free to read the Florida Furs archive, the JacksonvilleFurs Yahoo Group, or Carolina Furs Yahoo Group for Verification. The description "one of the four quarterly major Elliott's Live Events" differentiates between the quarterly events and the others that Elliott's Live Events runs. After viewing this article as well as the individual articles for the four events, it appears to me that they are substantially redundant content and should probably be merged into one article. --mwalimu 16:54, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

Searching for "Elliott's Impromptu Pizza Party" on Google turns up zero matches. That's rather odd for something that had "several hundred guests", don't you think? For all of these "other" events from "Elliott's Live Events", it's awfully funny that Google only reports the few URLs I quoted above. --Douglas Muth 17:29, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

Just a quick note, I removed the cleanup and dubious tags from this article, since I think the rewrites that were done leave it in substantially better shape and better clarifies the number of events that have been held versus those that are scheduled. --Douglas Muth 18:43, 23 July 2007 (UTC)
