Radio Free Housepets! (RFHP!, formerly Housepets! Radio) is a weekly webcast and news-hub with topics centered around anthro webcomics. RFHP! is Hosted by SliceOfDog, former hosts include Nick Crotser, David Cramer, and Gary Shi (Lucarionation). It was co-created and is produced by artist Nick Crotser.
Due to the actions[clarify] of Shi between January 19th and the 21st,[when?] irreparable damage[clarify] was done to the already struggling webcast, a vote was taken and it was decided to put RFHP! on an indefinite hiatus.[citation needed] It is not yet known if RFHP! will ever return.

RFHP!'s theme song is a specially mixed version of Charger Paris Mirage by Conelrad. RFHP!'s official mascot is "Scruffy Joey", an officially[citation needed] approved variant of the character "Joey" from Housepets!.
Equipment[edit]
Episodes are recorded and mixed on a computer running Ubuntu Linux 12.04 (LTS) and a mid-2011 MacMini.
Back-Up storage is divided between a PowerMac G4 running OSX 10.4 and an HP Proliant server running Debian 7.
SliceOfDog uses a Blue Yeti microphone.
Dismissal of Gary Shi[edit]
On January 19, 2013 Shi's posting privleges were temporarily revoked network-wide as punishment for multiple code of conduct violations. In the preceding few days Shi began making personal attacks on the remaining admins,[1] and sabotaged the webcast's Facebook page,[citation needed] resulting in its deletion. This resulted in Shi's permanent dismissal as a member of RFHP.NET on January 21st.[when?]
