Afenen (sometimes known as La'fenen; born 1994) is a furry artist who resides in Staunton, Virginia, U.S.A.
Afenen discovered the furry fandom when she joined The Lion King Fan Art Archive in 2005. Then known as White Shadow, her fursona was a white lioness with heavily furred ears.
Later on, as she began researching the fandom, she created her second and third fursonas (a brown wolf named Lariser and an Akita named Larbeavisin), as well as a several other characters.
As of March, 2008, her main fursona is a Blue merle Australian Collie mix named Afenen.
