The Stonor Eagles is a novel by William Horwood which was first published in 1982. It tells the stories of a human child and later struggling artist, James MacAskill Stonor of Deal, Kent, and of Cuillin, last of the White-tailed Sea Eagles (Haliaeetus albicilla) from Skye. Cuillin's spiritual journey, then that of her children's to reclaim their ancestral land, is told alongside Stonor's life.
