Makyo
Makyo, also known as Drab Makyo, more commonly known as Maddy or Madison Rye Progress (née Scott-Clary), is a furry writer, musician, editor, and software engineer who lives in the Pacific Northwest in the USA.[1]

Biography[edit]
Makyo is a non-binary transgender woman who identifies as polyamorous and median.[2] She has a Master's degree's in fine arts from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa.
Fandom involvement[edit]
Makyo helped run the websites [adjective][species] and Love ◦ Sex ◦ Fur, where she was also a writer, ran the Characters @ OpenFurry site, and worked as a tech on Weasyl.
She designed the 2012 [adjective][species] Census and Survey, which she administered in person at Further Confusion 2012, in 2013, she took over management of the Furry Survey from Klisoura, and additionally, and she helped run Bookmarfs!, a furry book club.
Makyo is also a chair on the Cóyotl Awards, and she visualized the results of nearly three years of data from Klisoura's Furry Survey.
Fursona[edit]
Makyo's fursonas are all skunks, though she previously identified as a snow leopard and an arctic fox.
Literature[edit]
Makyo has published nine books and edited or helped edit four short story anthologies,[3] and was the president[4] of the Furry Writer's Guild until her resignation in 2018.
